POTM Sept. 2016 - Wind Roses!

Yea I really want to make a widget for these... will have to put this in the queue of SWMPrats tasks. The map idea is cool but I'm not sure if the map library I used supports graphics other than points. It could be possible to put something together like the aggregation widgets to compare multiple graphs.
